Returns & Exchanges
You can return an item within 14 days of receipt of your order. All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed. Sale purchases made online can be refunded or exchanged in-store.
You can return item(s) by sending your returned items to: Returns Department, Carraig Donn Online, Lodge Road, Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland, F28 XD25. Please note PayPal refunds can only be issued by our online returns centre. You will need to return items directly to Carraig Donn Online within 14 days* of receipt of order or you can return an order via your nearest Carraig Donn store, please note that all return documents must be filled out when returning this way.
*Items purchased via PayPal can be exchanged instore for another item.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds to your PayPal account for items returned to a store purchased using a PayPal account.
Please note PayPal refunds can only be issued by our online returns centre!
Return your online order via ReturnPal
ReturnPal is a smartphone app from An Post that allows you to return products you have bought online back to Carraig Donn. The App is free to download on the App Store® or on Google Play. The app allows you to have your item collected from a nominated address or you can drop it off at a Post Office for return to us.
€4.50 flat charge for all returns * Max weight 20kg
Items which are over our maximum weight of 20kg or size allowance will not be accepted and will be returned to you, the customer.

In Store Returns
With your original receipt, items can be refunded within 7 days of purchase and exchanged within 28 days of purchase. Refunds can only be issued in the form of original payment method. Giftcards are non-refundable.
Sale purchases made in-store cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Damages/incorrect item received
Any breakages or damages to items purchased online must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged in any way please send us proof of the damage with photos to firstname.lastname@example.org where a member of our team will help you.
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on a small number of products outlined below.
- Earrings (purchased online & in-store)
- Perfume (purchased online & in-store)
- Fascinators (purchased in-store)
- Hats (purchased in-store)
- Make-up (purchased online & in-store)
Lingerie and Shapewear
In the interest of hygiene, lingerie and shapewear cannot be returned unless the hygiene seals are still in place, labels are attached and packaging is in its original condition.
If you wish to return this product, it must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.
Gift Set Returns Policy
If you wish to return a gift set, all items must be returned and in a new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.
In the interest of hygiene, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on earrings, make-up, perfume or hats that may be included within any giftset.
