Online Returns

General Information:
You can return unsuitable item(s) in-store or online within 30 days of receipt of your order. 
All returned items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
It is important that you include all return documents using the code that best explains the reason for your return.
Please retain your postal receipt which includes tracking details until your return is processed and refund received.
We are unable to accept any items that have being returned outside of the time period above.
Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.

Click & Post offers a quick and easy way to buy your postage labels or book a shopping return online. 

Charges apply as follows:
€4.95 to bring your return to a drop-off location
€6.00 to book a collection for your return

2. Return via Post Office/ Postal Service  
(Republic of Ireland & International)

You can return item(s) by sending your returned items to:

Carraig Donn Trading, Online Returns Department, Innovation House, Moneen Road, Castlebar, Co. Mayo F23 E400.

Please include all required documentation within your returns parcel.
Please note that Carraig Donn cannot be held responsible for parcels that fail to reach us.
It is advised that customers opt for trackable delivery options through postal service used. 



3. Carraig Donn Store
(Republic of Ireland Only)

Our stores can refund items when payment type has been credit/debit card, PayPal or a Gift Card. 
Please provide your Delivery Document to a member of staff who will assist in processing your return. 

 

Gift Set Returns

If you wish to return a gift set, all items must be returned and in a new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging.
It is our policy to return goods to the customer if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.

In the interest of safety and hygiene, personal grooming products, hats, shapewear, tights, earrings, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, pillowcases that may be included within any giftset cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty.

Lingerie, Shapewear & Swimwear

In the interest of hygiene, lingerie, shapewear & swimwear cannot be returned unless hygiene strip is in placelabels are attached and packaging is in its original condition.
Certain exclusions apply which are listed below. 
If you wish to return this product, it must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with hygiene strip in place, tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging. 


Exclusions

We ask that you please be mindful and take extra care when trying on your new purchases as we unable to refund any items that are not fit for resale.
This includes items that are marked or tainted with make-up, fake tan, perfumes or any other odors. 
Any items that our Quality Check team deem as unreturnable will be returned back to the customer.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on a small number of products outlined below.

Perfume (purchased online & in-store)
Fascinators (purchased (online & in-store)
Hats (purchased in-store)
Tights (purchased online & in-store)
Make-up (purchased online & in-store)
Hair accessories (purchased online & in-store)
Face Masks & Visors (purchased online & in-store)
Earphones (purchased online & in-store)
Personal grooming products (purchased online & in-store)
Bedding including duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, pillowcases (purchased online & in-store)
Underwear & Stick-On Bras (purchased online & in-store)

We also cannot offer exchanges or refunds on Ear Buds, Smartwatches or Smart Bracelets (purchased online & in-store) that have been opened, used or synced with a smartphone.

 

Damaged/Incorrect Item Received

If you unfortunately receive an order that is damaged or incorrect in any way please contact us within 24 hours of delivery by email including order number, description of concerns and photos if applicable so that a member of our team can help you as quickly as possible.

Redeemed Gift Cards

If a physical gift card has been redeemed online as full or part payment and you wish to return an item/s purchased, please retain your original gift card
Refund required will be returned to this gift card first and then other payment method if previously used.

Provided the return is unworn, unused and in its original packaging.

 

Online Exchange

At this time, we are unable to offer exchange of product on orders placed through our Online Store. 


In-Store Returns 

With your original receipt, items can be refunded within 7 days of purchase and exchanged within 28 days of purchase. 
Refunds can only be issued in the form of original payment method. 
Gift cards are non-refundable.

Sale purchases made in-store cannot be refunded or exchanged.
