Click & Collect is a free service.

This free service is available on most items but not all. Large, heavy goods are available for home delivery through our website. Gift cards are not available for purchase through this service but can be purhcased from any Carraig Donn store nationwide.
You can collect your parcel by bringing your Carraig Donn confirmation email with your order number to any of our pay points or by asking a member of our team to assist you.
You will need to bring your Carraig Donn order confirmation email which includes your order number with you either printed or on your mobile device.
Click & Collect deliveries are held for 7 days from the date they arrive in-store. After 7 days your order will be refunded and no longer available at your store of choice.
For larger items e.g. small furniture, please collect as soon as possible.

Delivery normally takes 3 -7 working days, this may take longer at busy periods (i.e. Black Friday, Christmas). Parcels are normally dispatched with An Post.
Simply check the online tracking for your order by clicking on the link in your shipping email from us. If it shows item delivered, but you have not received anything, you should firstly:
· Check if anyone at your address has signed for the parcel
· Check around your property as the parcel may have been left in a safe place, for example your porch or letterbox or with a neighbour.
· Check if a calling card has been left. If you were not at home to accept delivery, the driver should leave a card with their contact details and you can arrange the redelivery yourself
If you’re unable to locate the parcel, please let us know and we can help you.
Sometimes an item can be sent separately. If an item is missing from your parcel, please check your delivery note as you should be advised if an item will be sent later.
If this is not the case, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help you.
Most of our products are available for delivery outside the Republic of Ireland but not all. A small number of fragile products are affected by this.
You will be notified at the checkout if one of these products are within your cart.

Our stores can refund items when payment type has been credit/debit card or a gift card.
We are sorry, we do not offer an exchange service though our online store. However, you can simply return any unsuitable items to us for a full refund as per our Returns Policy and place a new order for the item(s) you want.
Exchanges are offered instore only for items within a 28 day period.
No, unfortunately as we do offer free delivery on all orders over €59 within the Republic of Ireland, we do not cover the postage cost of returned items to our online store.
We advise that when returning items to us that you used a secure form of delivery as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
If it is the case that you have been sent the wrong items please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for further advice.
If you choose to return any items by post, we will inspect them to ensure that they are unworn and fit for resale. We will then send you an email, to inform you that your items have arrived and that your account will be credited within 14 days.
If you return your items in-store, we will check them to ensure that they are fit for re-sale.
We can then process your refund or facilitate an exchange (instore only).
Once an item has been refunded you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 14 working days for refunds to be processed.
If you made your original payment with a card that is now expired or cancelled, please contact your bank. The refund will always be processed to your original method of payment and can’t be sent to another card.
Please keep the tracking number for your returned parcel until you have received your refund – you may be asked to provide this if we've not received your item(s) and you may need to file a claim with the postal service directly.
Any breakages or damages to items purchased online must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. If a product is damaged in any way please send us proof of the damage with photos to email@example.com where a member of our team will help you.
If a physical gift card has been redeemed online and you wish to return an item purchased with this, please retain your original gift card. Provided the return is unworn, unused and in its original packaging we will then refund the full amount back on to the gift card!

In the interest of hygiene, al other lingerie and shapewear cannot be returned unless labels are attached and packaging is in its original condition.
If you wish to return this product, it must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.

If you wish to return a gift set, all items must be returned and in a new, unused, and unworn condition with tags attached (where applicable) and in original packaging. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any product has been used or worn.
In the interest of safety and hygiene, personal grooming products, hats, shapewear, tights, earrings, duvets, duvet covers, sheets, pillows, pillowcases that may be included within any giftset cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened or damaged, unless faulty.
Extended Christmas Returns Period
Online and store purchases/ orders made from 14th November 2022 can be returned up to 8th January 2023.
For items that are returned to a store, an exchange** or refund can be offered up to Sunday 8th January 2023*.
For items that are returned to our Online store a refund can be offered up to Friday 6th January 2023*.
All item(s) returned must be in saleable condition and in the original packaging with tags attached. Original receipt / paperwork must be presented/included

Max Benjamin is a family owned, candle-making studio situated in the Wicklow mountains surrounded by rambling scented hedgerows and breathtaking scenery.
They use 100% soy wax in all their candles as it is more environmentally friendly and produces a cleaner burn than paraffin wax. The wicks used are made from lead free Italian cotton and the their wooden diffuser reeds are sustainably sourced.
Their candle and diffuser vessels are glass and fully recyclable and have refill options available for many elements within the range to help customers reuse these so they can be as environmentally friendly as possible.
