Carraig Donn Management Team Conference – A Day of Style, Celebration & Inspiration.

Over eighty members of Carraig Donn’s Management Team gathered at the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone, for a day dedicated to reflection, celebration, motivation, and positivity. It was an opportunity to pause, look back on the incredible journey so far, and set our sights on the bright future ahead.

 

 

True to Carraig Donn’s spirit, the event was as stylish as it was inspiring. Teams arrived showcasing the latest looks from our collections — proving once again that when it comes to fashion, our people wear it best. The room was alive with energy, confidence, and of course, plenty of Carraig Donn style.

 

 

This year is an especially momentous one as Carraig Donn celebrates 60 years in business. The conference formed part of a series of events marking this milestone, bringing together leaders from across the company to share insights, successes, and what is to come. There was a real sense of pride in how far the business has come, as well as excitement for the opportunities still to come.

 

 

Senior Managers presented dynamic overviews of their departments, unveiling exciting new product launches and collaborations lined up for the months ahead. From fashion to homeware, there is lots to look forward to, and the presentations sparked conversations and ideas across teams about how we continue to innovate and delight our customers.

 

 

A highlight of the day was welcoming Ireland’s favourite foodie, Sarah Butler, as our guest speaker. Sarah shared candid reflections on the highs and lows of her career to date, leaving the room both inspired and uplifted. As a thoughtful finishing touch, she gifted each attendee a signed copy from her book collection — a gesture that went down a treat.
