In the event you are not entirely happy with your online purchase a refund can be obtained on any unused items returned within 14 days* of receipt.

Returns via Carraig Donn Store:
Simply pop into your local Carraig Donn Store with your items, receipt and delivery note. A member of our team will be happy to exchange or refund your items free of charge. To find your local store please click here.
Items purchased via PayPal can be exchanged instore for another item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund to your PayPal account if you return items to a store.
Returns via Post or Courier:
Send your returned items to: Returns Department, Carraig Donn Online, Lodge Road, Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland. Please note PayPal refund can only be issued by our Online Returns centre - you will need to return items directly to Carraig Donn Online within 14 days* of receipt of order. Returns postage will be paid by the sender and will not be refunded

*14 day return policy applies to online purchases only - where goods have been purchased instore a 7 day return policy applies.
Online refunds will be processed to the original payment card or type. If the original payment type is unavailable, we can offer you a balance transfer onto a Carraig Donn gift card. We are happy to refund your items provided they are returned to us tagged, unused, with original packaging, fit for resale and returned within 14 days of purchase for online orders or 7 days of purchase for goods purchased in-store.
Returns on Gift Card Purchases:
Credit can be offered on Carraig Donn gift card purchases provided items are returned tagged, unused and with original packaging within 14 days of receipt of purchases.
Returns are accepted on full or partial transactions and we adopt a no quibble policy to products with a manufacturing defect.
Gift Cards cannot be returned, or exchanged for cash. For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on Earrings unless faulty or not as described.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
When returning your online purchase/s by Post or Courier, please follow these important Returns Guidelines in order to help us process your refund efficiently.
1. Ensure the goods are packed in their original packaging.
2. Complete the returns form enclosed with your order delivery and enclose with
your items. Alternatively, include the following details with your return:
Customer Name; Order Number; Returning items Description; Reason for Return.
3. Return to: Carraig Donn Online Store, Lodge Rd, Westport, Co. Mayo, Ireland by post or by courier. Please note all returns are your responsibility until the reach us. We recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning.
Your refund will be issued once the return has been received by us. Please allow up to 14 days for your account to be credited. The original & return delivery charges will not be refunded.
Where an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will refund you the original delivery charge in addition to the returns delivery charge. Where you only return part of your order, we will refund the cost of the products only but not your delivery charge. Please retain proof of postage. Please note all breakages on receipt must be notified to Carraig Donn within 24 hours of receipt. This can be done by phone or email.
The above policy does not apply for items purchased in-store and does not affect your statutory rights.
